Membership Gathering: Annual General Meeting
July 10, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Another eventful year has passed at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House, and we are now convening our Annual General Meeting.Please come join us as we celebrate our accomplishments with our community.
We will be serving light refreshments prior to the meeting. The meeting will be include highlights of the year, voting and approving of new board members, and a financial report.
The format of the evening will be as follows:
- 5:30 to 6:00 pm: Mix & Mingle and Light Refreshments
- 6:00 to 7:30 pm: Annual General Meeting
Our House is your House—come help celebrate our year and meet the community board members.
This event is free and is for members who have paid for their memberships in the current year, which is from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020. Non-members may attend and will be able to purchase a membership at the door if they wish; however, only members who have been in good standing two weeks prior to the meeting are eligible to vote. Membership for MPNH is $6.00 (individual) or $8.00 per family (with one voting member only). We also encourage you to become a member of the Association of Neighbourhood Houses of BC for an additional $2.00 to each membership.
The AGM will be held in the hall where seating is limited, therefore, reservations are required. Please RSVP early through Eventbrite or Front Desk at 604.879.8208 by July 8, 2019. We look forward to seeing you on July 10, 2019.
