Seniors Gentle Chair Yoga

An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 11, 2019
Members: $30/12 classes or $3.50 drop-in/ Non-members: $36/12 classes or $5 drop-in
Health benefits: Increase relaxation and flexibility, improve proprioception, strength, and mental clarity. Reduce stress, insomnia, arthritis and constipation.
Your instructor: Naoko Sasaki is a certified yoga teacher with extensive training and experience in designing and leading yoga classes, as well as expressive arts therapy. Naoko’s passion is supporting people for their physical and emotional wellbeing through self-exploration, self-expression, and self-empowerment.
