Caregivers Connect

Caregivers Connect offers a point of connection for those who are caregiving for an older adult in our community, whether you are a family member or a friend. We understand the challenges and rewards that come with caregiving, and we’re here to walk alongside you on that journey.

Our services are designed to support caregivers in meaningful and practical ways. We offer personalized one-on-one support, resource navigation and referrals, weekly respite opportunities, a monthly support group, and uplifting gatherings like the Caregivers Café and Coffee Club for Seniors. These programs not only provide vital assistance but also foster a sense of connection and belonging.

Through peer support, educational sessions, and community events, Caregivers Connect helps caregivers feel seen, supported, and empowered in the essential roles they play.
