Healthy Relationships

This is a workshop facilitated by certified youth educators at BLUSH (VCH) where they believe the only way to have Healthy Relationships is to first understand your own body and learning how to say “NO”. The discussion will be relaxed, candid, non-judgemental, and fun! Open to all YOUTH ages 13-19.
GOALS
- To understand and accept your body and your own needs
- To develop a positive and empowering relationship with yourself
- To practice saying “NO” if you don’t agree about something
