Our upcoming workshop sessions will cover a range of important topics:

  1. Adapting to Canadian Culture: Discover tips and insights to navigate the nuances of Canadian society, helping you feel more at home in your new surroundings.
  2. Resources for Men: Explore the various resources available to support men in Canada, including social services, employment opportunities, and community organizations.
  3. How to Control Anger & Not Let Anger Control You: Learn effective strategies to manage anger and prevent it from negatively impacting your relationships and overall well-being.
  4. Managing Stress and Regulating Emotions: Tackle the challenges of stress, fear, and loneliness head-on, and acquire practical techniques to foster emotional well-being and resilience.

Join us for four informative sessions on Thursdays, from June 15th to July 13th, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. We will be gathering at MPNH, located at 800 E Broadway in Vancouver.
