An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating until April 30, 2020

Join us online every Friday for 30 minutes of gathering and meditation. Let’s press pause together.

It is indeed a radical act of love just to sit down and be quiet for a time by yourself!

Our schedule:

12 – Gather
12:05 – Intention setting and short reading
12:10-12:20 Meditation
12:25 Q & A and closing

These sessions are free and will be held online using the free Zoom application. All ages welcome. No experience necessary.

Each session will be led by Claudine Matlo, our Director of Senior and Volunteer Programs.
