Staying Resilient as our Climate Changes: Thinking & Feeling our Way Forward

Do you worry when you see changes in the climate? Do you feel powerless to deal with these changes?
Emotional resilience is a building block in finding practical solutions.
Science tells us that when we internalize emotions and don’t deal with them, we can experience psychological harm. It could become difficult for us to be effective and resilient in our daily lives. Engaging others in conversation builds active and vibrant communities. Connecting through intergenerational conversations, increases our trust in and concern for others. It also enhances our emotional and practical responsiveness to climate change.
We invite you to join an action-oriented small group, facilitated by Suzuki Elders, to engage in conversations on the impact on your life of climate change.
